Chocolate Cake Recipe SMS Message

Mix 120g of cooking chocolate,

1/3 cup of coconut powder and 1 cup of preheated water until it gets dissolved and let it cool down.

Then mix 2-1/4 cup of fine flour / maida, 2 table spoon of baking powder, 1 table spoon of baking soda,

1/4 table spoon of salt, 1 cup of butter and 2 cups of sugar.

Now add 3 eggs, 2 table spoon of vanilla essence, melted chocolate and little milk and mix them well.

Lastly add prepared chocolate mixture in cake pan and bake it well in oven at 180c for 35 minutes.

Take it out after baking and let it cool down.

Icing preparation:

Dissolve 140g of chocolate and mix 1/3 cup of milk, 4 cups of sugar,

1/8 table spoon of salt, 2 table spoon of vanilla essence and 1/2 cup of butter and prepare its icing.

Cut prepared cake into 2 parts by its center and apply icing on 1 part of cake and add second part of cake over it and cover it well with icing.

Finally garnish the chocolate cake with 6 fresh orange and chocolate and serve it.
